Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring timely and high-quality project outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimise workflows.

Champion Agile methodologies and best practices to enhance team performance.

Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
What You Bring

Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to drive team performance while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Experience managing multiple projects and adapting to shifting priorities.

Relevant certifications (e.g., PSM, PMP, SAFe Agilist) are a plus.
