About This Role
We are looking for a Delivery Lead with Agile delivery experience to drive our diverse delivery portfolio across multiple clients. Reporting to our Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in enabling our onshore and offshore delivery teams to deliver value and excellence. You will take the lead in creating a safe and open working environment that will lead to team success, team organisation and encourage a culture of continuous improvement and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

Leading delivery of projects and products end-to-end in accordance with Agile methodology and related frameworks

Dealing with ambiguity – decompose complex interdependencies,
incompletely defined problems and taking initiative to solve them -
Ability to stay level-headed and work well under pressure

Owning project delivery timelines, dependencies and liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Understand business needs/outcomes, fluent communicator with technical teams and able to facilitate prioritisation, scheduling and delivery of features

Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous improvement whilst advocating Agile framework

Reporting on risks/issues, project status updates and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in leading IT projects delivery (Healthcare IT
experience is preferred) -
Familiarity and exposure to multiple Agile delivery frameworks

Extensive delivery leadership experience, comfortable working across multiple offshore teams

Excellent people leadership skills

Demonstrate delivery of initiatives in a timely manner and ability to navigate through ambiguous situations and opportunities

Certified Scrum Master/Certified Project Manager are preferred

Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and from across the business

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Engineering or related field
