PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the team leaders and team members to ensure: 

• Manage multiple complex IT projects in collaboration with different Client to set team goals and roadmaps 

• Build and maintain timelines, project plans, keep projects on track and adheres to IT PLC standards 

• Regularly oversee of project execution to ensure each project is on-time, within budget expectations with a high level of quality while delivering all key milestones and deliverables 

• Facilitate project retrospectives to collect feedback, draw out lessons learned, and document best practices 

• Provide status reports regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership 

• Take ownership to train, supervise, guide, and conduct internal quality control checks for the project 

• Working with Australian Business Clients

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent. 

• At least 8 years of project management experience 

• Experience in working with healthcare project is highly preferred  

• Experience in consultancy world is highly desirable 

• Possess technical knowledge in Network, System, Data Center, Security is a plus 

• Excellent reporting and documentation skills to ensure timely, clear, and concise information flow 

• Result oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to drill down to details 

• Ability to demonstrate effectiveness in resolving business problems in order to making decisions and identifying priorities 

• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance  

• An extremely responsive and collaborative team player with agility to own leadership requirement to drive project's objective 

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills including technical writing skills.
